Our Mantra

Grace and Grit is a platform for connection between women with a desire for real talk, valuable knowledge, and holding/owning their place in a world they are trying to contribute to.

About Us

At Grace and Grit we seek to fulfill two main objectives:

  1. Empower women with the confidence, resources, and choice to be happy and fulfilled with who they are and what their life looks like right now.
  2. Enable these same women to strongly and confidently seek out the knowledge/resources/experiences/challenges/behaviours/tools that will develop them into who they want to be and the life they want in the future.

These are not counter-intuitive goals, they are cohesive. With a grounded sense of love for who you are now and what your life has given you, you can work your way through life’s challenges and be better prepared to tackle the goals and dreams of your future.

Through a network of knowledge, connection, and shared experience we hope to foster a community of women in YEG that love who they are and are unabashedly going after who they want to be.

Events & Workshops

Next event: Come celebrate Edmonton’s summer with Grace & Grit!!

One of our summer goals was to get outside and get moving. We’ve hosted a circuit workout, walk & talk with coffee in hand, training run and ran the Edmonton Lululemon 10 KM! We’d like to continue crushing our goal by hosting a free backyard pilates class followed up by a toast to summer with a glass of wine in hand (if you’d like). Connection and movement are two of our favourite things therefore we thought we celebrate summer in style with new friends and old. Our very own, Amy McColl will be teaching the pilates class in a beautiful Edmonton backyard.

Future workshops will seek to cover a broad spectrum of topics important to the women we know and those we admire, through shared experiences, vulnerable real talk and impactful/effective knowledge and resources.
